As we’ve mentioned before, whilst the subject matter of our courses is obviously important, we aim to make the sessions as enjoyable as possible for our clients; it’s about the whole experience for us.

A lot of work goes on behind the scenes of the training side of our business: registering the courses with our awarding bodies, booking places and sending out confirmation and course details, the preparation of the relevant paperwork, preparing the dummies and equipment, setting up the room ahead of the courses taking place. Then afterwards: cleaning down the room and equipment, generating the certificates and distributing them to our clients before updating our records.

It was so lovely to receive this feedback, acknowledging all of the hard work that Lillie and Jo put in behind the scenes to ensure everything runs so smoothly. A huge thank you to you both for all you do.
