Sixteen years ago this month, our MD, Adi, began working for himself. He set up a desk under the stairs at home and decided that he would see how things went for 6 months… and so Ensure Safety & Training came to be.

We’ve had some incredible support over the years, and 16 years later, here we are; based in Nantwich with a suite of offices and training rooms and an incredible team working alongside us.

There are many people who have been involved in our journey to date: those who have recommended us, those who have worked with us, those who have mentored us and those who have supported us; we truly are very grateful to you all.

A huge thank you also to all our loyal clients who have enlisted us to be their Trusted Safety Team, many of whom have been with us since the start of our journey, we are extremely proud of the long-standing relationships we have built with them.

Our team make us exceptionally proud, all of them are dedicated and passionate with a strong work ethic that underpins all that we do; a team of professionals who share the values that underpin our business: integrity, passion, teamwork, dependability, and loyalty. A team of like-minded people who strive to deliver the best possible service for our clients whilst also striving to provide the best life they can for their families. We would like to thank each of them for their invaluable contributions, their hard work and dedication- it is truly appreciated.

We look forward to seeing what we can achieve together during our 17th year.
