As we’ve mentioned before, whilst the subject matter of our courses is obviously important, we aim to make the sessions as enjoyable as possible for our clients; it’s about the whole experience for us.
Whilst candidates attending our courses are supported by our trainers. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes of the training side of our business to ensure everything runs seamlessly: registering the courses with our awarding bodies, booking places and sending out confirmation and course details, the preparation of the relevant paperwork, preparing the dummies and equipment, setting up the room ahead of the courses taking place. Then afterwards: cleaning down the room and equipment, generating the certificates and distributing them to our clients before updating our records.
Putting on a training course is a real Team Ensure effort so it was great to receive this feedback acknowledging the work of everyone involved in putting on a course.
