Sophie began her Health & Safety journey in 2021 as an apprentice. She worked through her assignments and spent time shadowing the other consultants and trainers, visiting our clients and gaining experience in a range of industries.

Once she gained her NEBOSH General Certificate and become a fully qualified consultant, she began taking on her own clients and now has a keen interest in Health & Safety Culture.

Sophie values teamwork and acknowledges that it is a two-way street. She believes that teamwork with our clients is just as vital as teamwork within our own company – if we can work together as well as with our clients, we can ensure everyone receives the highest level of service.

Having previously worked in schools, with a specialism in SEND, Sophie has developed a suite of first aid courses which she enjoys delivering to school children ranging in age from 4 to 16.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys going to concerts and listening to music. She also enjoys going on long walks and visiting new places.
