It is important to commit to the progression and development of health and safety practices and culture.
Completing reviews of your practices, identifying areas of improvement, and creating a realistic and reasonable action plan can go a long way to achieving this.
Making this commitment known within the company can instil confidence within the management team – it shows a readiness to look after their staff, take health and safety seriously, and create a positive working environment.
